Your orders are important to us and we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as promptly as possible.

Newtown Jets Clothing delivers Australia wide and internationally. We package your product with the greatest care possible and send it out using registered couriers that require a signature during delivery so please give us a delivery address where there will be someone there to receive it.

Our team processes orders during standard business hours from Monday to Friday. Orders made during weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next business day.

Typically, deliveries within Australia arrive within 3-7 business days for standard service, and 2-3 days for our express service. While international shipments take approximately 8-14 business days.

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email notifying you that it has been shipped out.

Delivery charges can be viewed before purchase in the shopping cart section after entering relevant delivery location details.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

We strive to provide excellent customer service, including accommodating change of mind returns for online orders. We are happy to offer change of mind refunds or online store credit for most full price merchandise.

This policy applies to all purchases made through www.newtownjetsclothing.com.au

We cannot accept returns from third party stores. In the first instance, please contact the store you purchased the product from.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

  • The merchandise was purchased through www.newtownjetsclothing.com.au
  • Returns must be delivered to our warehouse within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date to be eligible for an exchange, refund or online store credit.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided along with the returned merchandise.
  • The merchandise is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all packaging.
  • If goods are faulty you must notify us within 5 days of receipt providing images and a description of the issue.

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return.

FULL PRICE ITEMS

You can get a refund to your original payment method or receive store credit for items bought at full price. If you initially paid with a gift voucher or online store credit, we'll issue a new voucher for you. If you need any assistance please call us on (02) 9052 6980.

TEMPORARY PROMOTION

Items at their regular price that are part of a limited-time promotion qualify for a store credit upon return. Any discounts applied during the purchase will be retained and reflected in the refund.

FINAL SALE

Items marked SALE are offered at clearance prices and cannot be returned, except if the product doesn't meet quality standards, isn't suitable for its intended purpose, or varies from its description as mandated by Australian Consumer Law. Please take this into account before making your purchase decision.

Please note, sale markdowns cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders.

If you have any concerns in regards to an order or have received a faulty item, please email info@newtownjetsclothing.com.au with your order details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

FAULTY RETURNS

Our products are backed by guarantees that cannot be excluded according to the Australian Consumer Law. You have the right to receive a replacement, online store credit or refund in the case of a major fault. If you encounter a fault or defect, kindly reach out to us at info@newtownjetsclothing.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order, providing images and a description of the issue. One of the team will inspect your product/s upon receipt and approve for either refund, exchange or online store credit.
